Cancel at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Inside that window, fares are non-refundable. If we postpone or cancel a trip for weather or safety, we’ll follow the steps set out in your booking confirmation.
Drivers monitor road conditions on the routes we’re running. If a run is unsafe or impractical, we’ll propose a revised time or refund path according to your booking.
Yes, absolutely. E-bikes are welcome. Just let us know when you book so we can reserve the correct rack or trailer for your bikes.
Soft bags and day packs travel well, and larger or rigid bags are usually fine too. Tell us what you’re bringing when you book so we can reserve the right space. Most people bring one case and one carry-on; if your load is unusual, we just need to know beforehand so we can plan for it.
Arrive 5-10 minutes before the stated window so we can load bikes and luggage without rushing safety checks.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email you with payment instructions. Please complete payment at least 12 hours before departure. If payment is still outstanding, we may hold the shuttle until it clears, or cancel the booking if it hasn’t been paid in time. Your confirmation sets out the full policy.
Reply to your confirmation email with the new date or passenger count. We’ll confirm what’s possible against capacity.
Yes. We can move up to 56 passengers on a single coordinated run; bigger events are fine too. We’ll line up staggered pickups, extra vehicles, or return waves as needed. Share headcounts and venues early so we can build the cleanest schedule.
